Library Book Sale

Drop by the Library's Spring Book Sale this week! The Library is selling more than 6,000 duplicate and discarded books, maps, and other materials. Prices start at $20/hardbacks, $10/paperbacks/CDs, and $5/miscellaneous materials. Prices will be reduced each successive day with all remaining items free on the final day. The Book Sale is located in Regenstein A10 (accessible via the staircase in the entryway across from the ID & Privileges Office). May 13-17 and May 20 from 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.

Reminder: Appointment Service

Do you have a final paper due? Save time and reduce your pre-deadline stress by scheduling an appointment with a librarian, who can provide advice on how to efficiently locate the best sources for your research topic.

Online Citation Management Workshops

The Library is now offering workshops on citation management using Adobe Connect, a virtual meeting platform. Learn how to use Zotero or get advice on which citation manger is best for you from the comfort of your own room.

Check It Out: Video Games

The Library's video game collection, housed in the Mansueto Library, includes games for PS2, Xbox, Super NES, Atari 2600, PlayStation, and Xbox 360. Games are available for regular loan, but you may check out only three at a time. Game consoles are available from the Logan Media Center.

From the Archives: Scavenger Hunt

Now that Scavenger Hunt is over and you're back from that Road Trip, explore some highlights from past Scavenger Hunts. The Special Collections Research Center's Photographic Archive includes Maroon photos of the 1995 Scav Hunt. Or check out the 2002 documentary The Hunt. Four Days of Insanity: The World's Largest Scavenger Hunt.
