John Crerar Library Meeting Room Request Form

Members of the University of Chicago community can request use of a meeting room in the John Crerar Library, however space is limited.  Currently only the Library's Board Room is available for eligible users.  This room has a table that seats approximately 13 individuals, however there is additional seating for 7-10 people on the perimeter of the room.  If you would like to reserve a group study via Book a Room, see http://rooms.lib.uchicago.edu.  For information about the Kathleen A. After filling out the form, a library staff member will contact you regarding your request. If you cannot fill out the form for any reason, please contact us via email (crerar-circulation@lib.uchicago.edu) or phone: (773) 834-0809.  

Room set-up is the responsibility of the group using the space.
