MEDLINE via Ovid
_____________________________
The Ovid search interface to the National Library of Medicine's MEDLINE database. Over 12 million records dating back to 1966, updated daily. Basic biomedical research and the clinical sciences including nursing, dentistry, veterinary medicine, pharmacy, allied health, and pre-clinical sciences are included. The entire database can be searched, or various chronological subsets. Ovid's mapping feature guides the user to the terms used by the database, allowing for more accurate searches and fewer false hits. Within your results, use the "Open Link (SFX)" button to see if the citation(s) you've retrieved are in journals subscribed to by the library, either online or in print.
