East Asian Collection Course Reserve | Guidelines for Submitting Materials for Electronic Reserve

Materials for electronic reserve may be submitted in paper form or electronically. If material is submitted in paper form, the Library will perform scanning and conversion into electronic format. Specific guidelines for each form of submission follow.

Paper: The Library will accept papers up to 8 1/2"x11".

Electronic: Electronic files are accepted in the following formats:

Electronic files may be compressed using zip format. You can email your files to reg-reserve@lib.uchicago.edu (for Regenstein) or crerar-reserve@lib.uchicago.edu (for Crerar). You can also save your files on a 3.5" high-density diskette formatted for an IBM-compatible PC.

Where do I send my material?

You can submit your material in any of the following ways:

In person: Papers or diskettes can be dropped off at the Regenstein Circulation desk (JRL 100) or Crerar (JCL 101) Reserve Processing office.

via U.S. Mail or FacEx: Papers or diskettes can also be mailed to:
