Privileges for Family Members of Faculty, Students, Staff and Alumni
- Family Members who may be eligible for library
privileges include spouses, domestic partners and dependents.
- Domestic partners must be registered with University Human
Resources and bring the registered Statement of Domestic
Partnership with them to the Privileges Office to receive library
privileges. How to

- Family Members of Students
- Spouses and domestic partners of students with active
library accounts
- receive reference privileges for the quarter in which
the student has an active library account
- privileges must be renewed each quarter
- Spouses and domestic partners of unregistered students
- receive reference privileges upon update of
unregistered student's library account
- Family Members of Faculty and Academics
- Spouses and domestic partners of faculty and academics with
indefinite privileges
- receive quarterly borrowing privileges
- privileges must be renewed annually
- privileges expire when/if the faculty or academic's appointment
expires
- Spouses and domestic partners of faculty or academic with
quarterly privileges
- receive quarterly reference privileges
- privileges must be renewed annually
- privileges expire when/if the faculty or academic's appointment

- Dependents of faculty and academics with
indefinite privileges
- receive quarterly borrowing privileges
