Special Facilites

The Lost and Found is located at the circulation desk. If you think you lost an item in or near the Library, please ask a counter attendant if it has been turned in to the Library. Unclaimed items are periodically delivered to the "Lost and Found," located in the Registrar's Office, Admin 103. Unclaimed Chicago Cards are turned in to the I.D. and Privileges Office, located in the lobby of the Regenstein Library, within a few days.

Two photocopying machines are located in the East Tower service area. All photocopiers in the Library are maintained by Copico.

Group study spaces, consisting of twenty-one cubicles, may be found in the North Reading Room. These cubicles are reserved for the College Tutor Program in the evening, and at times during the day for the College Writing Program. At other times, they are available to other library patrons on a first-come, first-serve basis.

A "Suggestion Box" is located in the East Tower to the right of the entrance to the Harper Reading Room. All suggestions and comments about the Library are welcomed and the Librarian will give serious attention to each.

A telephone is located on the East Tower Mezzanine.

Public restrooms are located on the East Tower Mezzanine.

Protect your property. Theft of personal property left unattended is a problem throughout the Library. Never leave your backpack, purse, laptop computer, or other valuables even briefly.

In compliance with University policy, the Harper building maintains a smoke-free environment. Please observe the no-smoking regulations.
