WORK SCHEDULE(Hrs/Week)
15hrs/week (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm at least 2.5 hours consecutively for each shift)

GENERAL SUMMARY:
Under general direction of Payment Supervisor and closely following departmental guidelines and procedures, process invoices for payment, research vendor statements and problem invoices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic computer literacy required. The incumbent must have the ability to work
quickly, independently and accurately with attention to details; knowledge of
basic word processing, with ability and willingness to learn new types of databases.
Experience with Horizon, III and Excel is desirable. Reading knowledge of one
or more Western European languages is required and a typing speed of 35 wpm
is required.

Ability to work well independently with attention to detail; sustain close attention
to detail over long stretches of time; work effectively with supervision and
as a part of a team; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines, recognize
and resolve or refer problems; good organizational skills.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to sit for long periods, must be able to visually focus on print and electronic material for long periods; typing speed 40 wpm.
