Summer Quarter Final Deadline: 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2009
We welcome dissertations that arrive earlier in the quarter!
A draft review is optional. We cannot review drafts received after 4:30 p.m. Wednesday of 4th Week, July 15, 2009. During 4th and 5th Week we are completing the draft review process for drafts received before this deadline.
Departments have various deadlines for receiving dissertations, but we suggest you complete your submission no later than 6th Week of the summer quarter in order to provide time for the department chair to review and sign off on your dissertation. Once your submission is complete, we will send a copy of the pdf to your department. We need to receive the Departmental Approval Form before the final deadline. The final deadline for the Dissertation Office is the middle of 7th Week, 3 1/2 weeks before convocation.
