Access to books during B Level repairs

Several aisles of compact shelving on Regenstein's B Level West are inaccessible due to mechanical damage caused by a water leak. None of the Library's collections were damaged as a result of this incident.

Work has begun to repair the mechanical systems in these aisles and restore patron access as soon as possible. It is currently estimated that repairs will be completed by the middle of Fall Quarter.

Patrons are asked to request books from inaccessible aisles by clicking on the "Can't find it?" link in the book's full record in the Library Catalog. Library staff will retrieve books on a daily basis Monday through Friday and place them on hold for pickup at Regenstein Circulation by the next business day. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while this important work is completed.
