Materials for electronic reserve may be submitted in paper form or electronically. If material is submitted in paper form, the Library will perform scanning and conversion into electronic format. Specific guidelines for each form of submission follow.
Paper: The Library will accept papers up to 8 1/2"x11".
Electronic: Electronic files are accepted in the following formats:
- Portable Data Format (PDF)
- Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)
- Rich Text Format (RTF)
- Text Only with Line Breaks (ASCII)
- Microsoft Word 6.0 for Windows 3.1, 95, or NT
- Microsoft Excel 5.0 for Windows 3.1, 95, or NT
Where do I send my material?
