Special Collections welcomes visitors from around the world, and makes every effort to assist visitors in their research during their stay in Chicago.

Please contact the Special Collections Research Center before your visit to determine the availability of the materials you wish to consult. When you visit the University of Chicago Library, you will need to complete a brief registration process before coming to the Center (see Access and Privileges). Once here, staff is available to orient you to the collections and their use.
