Using the Photographs

The mounted photographs are located in the stacks in room JRL 420E.

Students, Faculty and Library Patrons may peruse the stacks.  Information is available outlining the organization of the collection.

Photographs are to be used only in JRL 420

If you need to use photographs only for a short period of time you do not need to check them out.  Remove the box or boxes from the shelf and bring them with you to reading area in Room 420.  You may remove individual photographs from the boxes, but please leave the folders in the boxes.

When you are finished using the photos, return them with the boxes to staff in Room 420.  Please do not attempt do refile the boxes in the stacks yourself.

Photographs can be xeroxed for study purposes.  If you need a photographic reproduction, contact the Bibliographer for Art and Cinema.

Photographs may also be held on reserve. To do so, you need to fill a form which you can obtain from the staff in Room 420.

Photographs may leave the Art Reserve only for special circumstances. Permission for this must be obtained from the staff in room 420.
