- FRANCIS: International Humanities and Social Sciences indexes multilingual, multidisciplinary information published in over 4,200 journals covering the humanities (67%), social sciences (30%), and economics (3%). The database is strong in religion, the history of art, psychology, and literature (with particular emphasis on current trends in European and world literature). It contains bilingual (English - French) subject descriptors. Particularly noteworthy is the inclusion of abstracts in 80% of the records. FRANCIS represents a wide range of materials, including serials, journal articles, books, book chapters, conference papers, French dissertations, exhibition catalogs, legislation, teaching materials, and reports.

IBZ, also known as "The Dietrich", has been published since 1896 and is an international and interdisciplinary bibliography of academic periodical literature mainly from the Humanities, Social Sciences and Arts.

Includes citations for materials from the first U.S. dissertation (1861) to those accepted as recently as last semester. Starting in 1997 full-text is often available. If full-text is not available information about ordering the document is provided.
