Using the Library

The University of Chicago's collections of 1.4 million volumes in pure and applied sciences and in the history of science and medicine are housed in The John Crerar Library, and Eckhart Library (Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics). Most print resources in the medical sciences locate in the John Crerar Library. The Library also provides access to a wide variety of electronic resources - journals, books, databases - that are accessible from your desktop anywhere on the University of Chicago campus or hospitals or your home computer.

If you have any questions about resources or services available to the biomedical sciences community please contact Deb Werner, Biomedical Reference Librarian or Christa Modschiedler, Biomedical Bibliographer & Reference Librarian. You may also email the Crerar Reference Staff.
