All orders must be prepaid by check or money order in $US. Checks must be made payable to The University of Chicago.

Microforms are negative diazos unless otherwise noted in this catalogue as being a "Positive microfilm/fiche". If a positive diazo is required, or a negative diazo of a title marked "positive", contact MEDOC prior to ordering; additional charges will apply. Silver halide microforms are not available from MEDOC.

Prepayment is necessary for all orders. Please allow six to eight weeks after receipt of payment for delivery. Microforms are shipped USPS insured domestically. To cover shipping costs, please add 5% to orders from North America (from a minimum charge of $10 up to a maximum of $30). For overseas orders, please request a price quote.

The Middle East Documentation Center prints diazo copies from master microfilms on a demand basis only. For this reason, MEDOC cannot accept returns of any microform materials. Any irregularities in the material received may be brought to the attention of Marlis Saleh in writing within 30 days of receipt of material at the address, email address or fax number below.
Under no circumstances should materials be returned without first contacting MEDOC in writing.
