general information

The library makes audio-visual equipment available for the viewing and auditioning of media materials from the library collection. Regenstein Library has concentrated all of its audio-visual equipment in seminar rooms 306 and 307, located in the center of the third-floor reading room. This self-service equipment is available whenever the library is open.

The equipment currently consists of:

  • 4 CD players
  • 3 VCRs (including one multi-format VCR)
  • 2 DVD players
  • 1 laser disc players
  • 1 cassette deck
  • 1 turntable
  • 1 electric piano

All audio-visual equipment (including the electric piano) requires the use of headphones for listening. Headphones may be obtained from the Circulation Desk on the first floor or from the Recordings Collection during its open hours.
