The Recordings Collection is the depository for the archive of concert tapes by the University of Chicago's Contemporary Chamber Players, a professional performance organization specializing in the performance of new music. The tape archive includes all surviving master tapes or dubs for concerts from the mid-1960s to the present. This material is uncatalogued and exists in a variety of analog and digital formats.
