Privileges for University of Chicago Affiliates at JKM Library

Currently enrolled undergraduate and masters level students:

Regular Faculty:

All other faculty (including adjunct and emeritus faculty of the Divinity School):

All university of Chicago students and faculty must provide evidence at the time of circulation transactions of UC enrollment or employment. Faculty must produce a faculty ID; students' enrollment for the current academic term must be verified, either through a list of current Chicago Divinity School and NT-ECL students provided by the Dean of the Divinty School, or through access to the University of Chicago web site registration list.

All JKM materials become due the day of severance of the UC patron from the University if that day precedes the regular due date.


Privileges for JKM Affiliates at University of Chicago Library

Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago (LSTC) or McCormick Theology Seminary Affiliates
Faculty
Faculty from either LSTC or McCormick receive indefinite borrowing privileges at U of C libraries. Eligibility is based on a list provided by their institutions.
Staff

Staff from LSTC or McCormick receive quarterly borrowing privileges. Staff must have sticker for current term on their card in order for their privileges to be established.

Students

Students from LSTC or McCormick receive quarterly borrowing privileges. Students must have sticker for current term on their card in order for their privileges to be established.

JKM Library Staff
JKM Library staff receive quarterly borrowing privileges through the end of the summer quarter. Elegibility is determined by a list provided by JKM Library.
