The Library's CrossSearch feature, accessible through the the Database Finder or Quick Search box on the Library's Web site, will allow you to export your results into your RefWorks Library. What is CrossSearch?
Using CrossSearch with RefWorks takes just a few steps.
1. Conduct your CrossSearch.
2. Mark the records you want to import into RefWorks by clicking on the + icon under "Add to My Space" next to the record of your choice.

3. Click on "My Space" at the top of your screen.

4. Select the records you want to import again. Click on "Save/Email Selected Records". A pop-up box will appear listing your selected resources. Click "Save".

5. Another pop-up box will appear asking how you want to save your records. Select "Citation Manager" as your format and click on "Save".

6. Save the file to your disk/desktop, preferably as a text file (.txt). Please note that depending on the browser you are using, you may not have the option to rename the file. If so, it will be saved as a .end file. This will still work in RefWorks.
EndNote Users: The CrossSearch save to citation manager feature is designed for EndNote. It will still work with RefWorks, but if you have EndNote installed on your computer and use Internet Explorer, EndNote will open automatically. To avoid this, you can use the Firefox or Mozilla browser.
7. Log into RefWorks.
8. Under the References menu, select "Import".
9. For you Import Filter/Data Source, select "BIBSYS (RIS Import Format)"

10.Under "Import Data from the Following Text File", select the file you just saved.
11. Click "Import". Your references should be imported into your Last Imported Folder.
