Whenever you change your address, please notify the Library as well as
the Registrar and your Dean of Students. Because we do not share the
Registrar's computer system, address changes made there do not
automatically carry over to the Library's records. An address change
made at one Library will be effective for all University of Chicago
libraries. If you do not receive a Library notice because you have not
changed your address with the Library, you will still be responsible
for any fines/fees which accrue.
There are three different ways to change your address:
- Complete a paper change of address form at any Library circulation desk.
- Email email-notices@lib.uchicago.edu with your change request.
- Fill out the online form below. Please be as complete as possible.
