Storage Request Form

Completing this form allows you to request material that is housed in the Storage Collections.

When will my material be ready for pickup?

• For Harper Storage materials:
  • Retrieval requests submitted for pickup at Regenstein Circulation:
    • on Saturday or Sunday or prior to 5 pm Monday -- Friday will be available by 5 pm the following weekda y.
    • after 5 pm Monday -- Friday will be available by 5 pm two weekdays later.
  • Retrieval requests submitted for pickup at Harper Library:
    • prior to 9 am Monday -- Friday will be available by noon that day.
    • after 9 am Monday -- Friday or on Saturday and Sunday will be available by noon the following weekday.

Requested books will be kept at the library specified for one week from their retrieval date. For more information about Storage, read the Storage Collections web page.

Please complete all parts of the form as fully as possible. The more information you give us about yourself and the book, the quicker it is for us to process your request, and to contact you when we receive the book for you. When you are finished, click on the "Submit" button to send the form. If we cannot process your request, we will send you email about the problem.
