LibQUAL+ is a standardized survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) to gauge user's perceptions, preferences, and expectations of library services. The University of Chicago was one of the over two-hundred institutions that participated in the LibQUAL+ survey during the Spring of 2004. |
