Business & Economics Librarian for Instruction & Outreach

Emily Treptow

I hold a MS in Library and Information Science and a BA in Linguistics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

My position is focused on developing an outreach and instruction program for business and economics at the University of Chicago. I am happy to meet with students and faculty at the locations most convenient for them. I am available to travel to Booth’s Harper Center and Gleacher Center and to the Department of Economics in Saieh Hall to provide research assistance via office hours and instruction. I plan and execute orientation sessions for new Booth and Economics students, as well as point of need services and instruction. I am also a mentor at the Polsky Exchange. Please contact me with questions or requests for assistance with business & economics research, teaching, and learning.
