The University of Chicago Library 2004 LibQUAL+™ Survey
LibQUAL+™ is a standardized survey developed by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL) to gauge user's perceptions, preferences, and expectations of library services.
The University of Chicago was one of the over two-hundred institutions that participated in the LibQUAL+™ survey during the Spring of 2004.
