Greenland Expedition
Another notable field expedition was taken by Rollin D. Salisbury when he accompanied Lt. Robert Peary's brother in 1895 to search for Peary, H.J. Lee, and Matthew Henson who had been left behind to winter over in 1894. This photo of a glacier in Greenland is one of several he took there.
