International Klein Blue

In the late 1950’s Yves Klein began collaborating with Édouard Adam to produce paint that retained the raw impact of pure pigment. They found their answer in a binding medium that didn’t dull down the pigment. In 1960 Klein patented his synthetic ultramarine blended with a transparent resin marketed as “Rhodopas M.”
