Simple frequency 5 word (left and right) span collocation, filtering function words (except for personal pronouns and possessives), ranked by frequency.

Collocates are very similar. Only 8 of the top 100 collocates in the female author table are not in the top 100 for male authors, from rank 80 down.

Only 23 of the remaining 92 are found at a rank difference of more than 10, all outside of the top 30.

More heavily used in female authors

Slight variations are probably due to gender marked frequency differences already noted.
