National Library Week celebration: Learn how to read banned books online

Join us from 3 to 5 p.m. on Monday, April 8 and Tuesday, April 9 on Regenstein's First Floor to celebrate the Right to Read Day and Library Appreciation Day, part of National Library Week, April 7-13.

Readers in Illinois can exercise their right to read by downloading The Palace Project app to read more than 900 books that have been banned across the country. Stop by our table to learn more about using this app to access items in The Banned Book Club through our partnership with the Digital Public Library of America.
