Latin translation by Tyrannius Rufinus (circa 345-410), presbyter of Aquileia in North Italy, of Eusebius' Historia Ecclesiastica, today the major source for the history of Christianity to 325. Includes marginal notes, versals in blue and vermillion with tracework in the contrasting color, and minor illumination in polychrome and gold.
