Scope Note

Unpublished commentaries by Antonio de Raho (active 1482). The codex discusses portions of Justinian's Digest dealing with divorce settlements and wills. The text is probably in de Raho's hand, and may have been his lecture book. The codex includes: Rubricae Super Lib. XXIV cap. III Digestorum Justiniani: Soluto matrimonio quemadmodum dos petatur (ff. 1-141 v) and Rubricae Super Lib. XXVIII cap. II Digestorum Justiniani: De liberis et postumis heredibus instituendis vel exheredandis (ff. 142-152v). Contemporary vellum. Text in Latin.
