  • receive Quarterly Borrowing Privileges with a Chicago Card
• Not Benefits-Eligible:
  • receive Day Passes when necessary. Do not qualify for Quarterly Borrowing Privileges
• Hospital:
  • Some staff qualify for Chicago Card (BSD employees who will have Hospital ID with a grey shield.). Such employees must first pick up Chicago Card in order to establish Quarterly Borrowing Privileges.
  • Benefits-eligible hospital staff receive Quarterly Borrowing Privileges using their hospital ID.
• Retired:
  • receive the same privileges as when active staff
