Can't find it? Submit a Search Request

If you can’t find a book or other item on the shelf that has a status of "AVAILABLE" you can submit a search request for the item.

To place a search request, click on the "Can't find it?" link in the Library Catalog record for the missing item. The item's information will be filled out automatically. You will just need to provide your contact information. If you can’t find the item record you’re looking for in the Catalog, you can also fill out a blank version of the search form.

Library staff will search for the missing item and contact you via email with the results of the search. If located, we will hold the item for you at the Circulation Desk for that location.

If you need an item urgently, you are always welcome to ask for immediate assistance at any circulation or reference desk.
