Rebecca Starkey

Librarian for College Instruction and Outreach

Rebecca Starkey

As the Librarian for College Instruction & Outreach, I am focused on developing library services for University of Chicago undergraduates. I am dedicated to working with faculty to teach students about information resources so that they can learn how to use them effectively and ethically. I help students navigate our rich collections, and guide them to the many services available at the Library to support their academic and professional success. I invite students and faculty to contact me to learn more about the Library's services for The College.

I also serve as the subject librarian for Gender Studies and Library Science, purchasing materials for the Library's collections, and providing reference assistance to researchers interested in these fields.
