Faculty Study Information

Faculty studies are available for quarterly rental by eligible faculty and academics. See Regenstein Faculties Studies for detailed information on faculty study policies.

Fees

• If tenured, the rental fee is $150/quarter.
• If untenured or emeritus, the rental fee is $75/quarter.
• There is a $50 refundable key deposit required for all new rentals.
• We accept cash, check, VISA/Mastercard, or interdepartmental transfer as payment for faculty studies.
• Payment is due upon rental/renewal.

Faculty Study Request Process

• Once this form has been submitted, the ID & Privileges Office will verify eligibility and respond with available study options within two business days.
• The study key will be available at the ID & Privileges Office in the first floor lobby of Regenstein once payment has been received.
